Essay

Object – professional training of students of economic specialities at higher educational establishments; aim – to theoretically substantiate and experimentally check the pedagogical conditions of professional growth of students of economic specialities at higher educational establishments within the process of their professional training; methods – theoretical, empirical, statistical; novelty – the dissertation is the first to theoretically substantiate and experimentally check the pedagogical conditions allowing for considering and developing the strengths of the personal potential of students of economic specialties of higher educational institutions and ensuring their professional growth in the process of professional training; the technique of determining the orientation of an individual to a certain type of activity with the help of methods of socionics is worked out; the definitions of the terms "professional formation", "professional growth" and "personal potential" are specified; the personality- oriented and competence-based approaches to the organization of training of students of economic specialities in the aspect of disclosing students’ personal potential are anlysed; results – the methodology of disclosing the personal potential of those who are trained on the basis of the socionic approach, implemented in the author's courses for students "Socionics and its methods of revealing the personal potential of students" and for teachers "Professional growth of students of economic specialities during their studying at universities" has been developed, experimentally verified and implemented in the professional training of students of economic specialities at higher educational establishments, which made it possible for teachers to bring in the pedagogical conditions of professional growth of students during teaching of a number of disciplines of professional and practical orientation: "Business Economics", "Management", "Marketing", "Insurance", "Tax system", "Budget system" and others (speciality F and C); «Labour Economics», «Organization of Labour», «Personnel Management», «Personnel Motivation», «Personnel Audit», «Physiology and Labour Psychology», «Demography» (speciality Management); field – pedagogy.
