The dissertation work is dedicated to research of the joint action of ochratoxin A and deoxynivalenol which contained in feed on broiler chickens organism. It was established the disorders of clinical signs in poultry which is manifested by depression, decrease in motion activity, damage of coordination movements, limbs and neck tremor, decrease in feed intake, increase in water consumption and reduced body weight gain. In the poultry 14 days old was found hypoplastic and aregeneratory anemia, leukocytopenia, thrombocytopenia, which at the 42 days changed for hypoplastic regeneratory anemia, leukocytosis and thrombocytopenia, in leucogram observed neutropenia, basophilopenia, monocytopenia and relative lymphocytosis. The biochemical studies of blood plasma was established the increase of urea and creatinine, what is confirms of kidney damage. Condition of minerals metabolism characterized by the hypocalcemia, hyperphosphatemia, decrease in the ratio of Са:Р and hypermagnesiemia. The activity of aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, gamma-glutamyltransferase, alkaline phosphatase, lactate dehydrogenase increased in all periods of research, which confirms the pathological changes in the cells and tissues of internal organs. The investigated sorbents – «Toxy-Nil® Plus Unike», «Mycofix® Plus 3.E» and activated birch carbon was reduce the negative impact ochratoxin A and deoxynivalenol on the broiler chickens organism, and the most effective were «Toxy-Nil® Plus Unike» and activated birch carbon.
