Vdovina O. Electronic Records Management as a Communicative Component of Legal Proceedings in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodical principles of electronic court record keeping as a communicative part of court proceedings in the judicial bodies of the state power of Ukraine. Lack of special scholarly works about the problem is detected. On the basis of system-defined, functional, sociocommunicative and informative approaches as well as complex of general and specific scientific methods it was found out, that changes in circulation of documents in Ukraine depend on context of reforms in courts system. Dynamic features of electronic records management include unity of courts and records managerial functions. Electronic communications media are present on all these levels. A main strategy of electronic records management development lie in the fact that an integral system of integral system of electronic documents circulation and collective making and use of documents are necessary.
