Rybachok O. International Іntegrated Digital Resources of the Documentary Heritage of Archives, Libraries, Museums: Stages of Creation, Development Strategies (the 80s of the XX – 10th years of the XXI c.)

In the dissertation research the history, strategies, preconditions and stages of formation of international digital integrated resources of documentary heritage are considered, in particular the European Library (TEL) (2004), Manuscriptorium (2002), World Digital Library (2006), European Digital Library (Européana, 2008). The great importance of the cultural heritage of UNESCO and international law, contribution to the formation and development of the information society and society of knowledge, methodological and informational and technological foundations for the creation of integrated digital resources of documentary heritage have been explored. Three stages of the formation of integrated digital heritage resources are determined, which are determined by the tendencies of the development of society in the formation of the global information society and knowledge society. In Ukraine, the digital resource of documentary heritage is created fragmentarily. The largest resource is presented by the V.I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine, where a large digital resource of the national cultural documentary heritage, a Digital Library "Ukrainіka" is formed. Adoption of a Long-term strategy for the development of culture in 2016 by the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine opens the opportunity to accelerate this process.
