Essay

The thesis is devoted to the scientific substantiation of the economic optimization approach of medicinal provision for patients with streptococcal pharyngitis. Based on the data of evidence-based medicine, the results of expert assessment, market and pharmacoeconomic analysis, the formulary list of systemic antibiotics was formed. This formulary list can be used as a basis for choosing medicines for the local formulary, the reimbursement and health insurance programs. The obtained results allow to optimize the medicinal provision of patients with streptococcal pharyngitis from the point of systemic antibiotics clinical efficiency and economic expediency.
