The object of research is the professional training of future operators of information processing and software in professional colleges. The purpose of the study is to provide theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of the effectiveness of the pedagogical conditions and the structural and functional model of forming the professional competence of future operators of information processing and software tools of information and communication technologies in the process of studying economic disciplines on the basis of professional colleges. Methods of research: theoretical; analysis of research results of modern scholars in order to find out the state of development of the problem; logical-system, system-structural, comparative analysis, classification, design, method of generalization of scientific-theoretical and practical data for revealing and theoretical substantiation of pedagogical conditions; deepening of knowledge on economic disciplines through the use of information and communication technologies; use of an integrative approach when studying the disciplines of economic orientation by means of information and communication technologies) formation of professional competence of future operators of information processing and software tools ICT; scientific and theoretical modeling - in order to develop a structural and functional model for forming the professional competence of future operators of information and software processing; diagnostic-empirical (interviews, questionnaires, surveys, etc.) at the qualifying and search stages of the study to study the state of formation of the professional competence of future operators of information and software processing; observational; praxymmetric; experimental; methods of mathematical statistics for the purpose of processing the results of work for quantitative and qualitative analysis of pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence of future operators of information and software processing by means of information and communication technologies in the process of studying economic disciplines on the basis of professional colleges.The practical significance of the research results is that modern information and communication technologies (wiki technologies, virtual online learning site "Online - round table", cloud-based on-line service - Kahoot, training presentations) are introduced to form the professional competence of future information processing operators and ICT software based on professional colleges; an integrative course of economic disciplines was introduced: "Economics", "Basics of entrepreneurial success", "Basics of organization of customer service of goods and services"; improved curricula and developed an electronic textbook on discipline "Economics"; a complex of didactic and methodological tools for studying economic disciplines in order to ensure the effective formation of the professional competence of future operators of information processing and software.
