Kovalenko N. Socio-economical and cultural development of Ukrainian rural communities at the end of 1943 – the first half of 1953 (based on the historical evidence of Zhytomyr region)

The multi-method research of the socio-economical, cultural and educational development of rural communities in Zhytomyr region within the conditions of the post-war reconstruction in 1943–1953 has been carried out in this thesis.The regionalization of the research issue is of current concern as first and foremost it helps to outline the features of the realization of the national social-economic plans at the regional level and lust but not least the consequences and data evaluation of its implementation in the real life of the local population. The study of the issues of the post-war reconstruction and development of the agricultural sector is topical as the revival of the rural community is the one of the priority tasks of the government at the current stage of the national development of Ukraine.
