Essay

The dissertation deals with theoretical generalization and presents the solution of the actual scientific and practical task, which consists in elucidation of organizational and psychological determinants and manifestations of adaptation of the unemployed at the psychological, social, professional and functional levels, as well as the development of the conceptual model of psychological support of the secondary adaptation of the surveyed under professional retraining. The organizational and psychological determinants of adaptation of the unemployed during psychological support during professional retraining, which determine the internal structure of the secondary adaptation of the unemployed to vocational retraining were clarified and identified, and include 5 factors: individual psychological potential of adaptation, motivational, social, professional, emotional and volitional. The organizational and methodical principles of the conceptual model of psychological support of the secondary adaptation of the unemployed at the retraining stage were developed, which include theoretical and methodological principles, purpose, tasks, stages of psychological support and types of psychological assistance, that provided conducting and forming experiments aimed at disclosing the content of organizational and psychological determinants and clarifying the peculiarities of their manifestations. The basis of the empirical research is the author's conceptual model of psychological support for adaptation to new work. It is considered by us as: a comprehensive psychological impact, consisting of interrelated components: diagnostics of organizational and psychological determinants, socio-psychological problems; psychological counseling on the optimization of psychological adaptation to new work, assistance in solving personal problems; psycho-correction and psychotherapeutic work; psychological rehabilitation; professional psychological training.
