Tonkonog N. Formation of the individual strategy of the future foreign languages teachers’ educational and professional activity

In the dissertation it is investigated the theoretical basis of formation of the individual strategy of the future foreign languages teachers’ educational and professional activity. The essence of the concepts «strategy» in the pedagogical sector, «individualization of education», «strategic competence», «professional activity» is specified. The features of professional foreign languages teachers’ training are analysed. The structure of the individual strategy of the foreign languages teachers’ educational and professional activity is exposed. It is formed by a number of components: motivational-valuable, communicative-active and analytical-reflexive. The criteria and levels of the foreign languages teachers’ specified strategy formation are determined. It is proved that every student builds the individual strategy of mastering of teaching material that let to create optimal conditions for realization of his / her potential possibilities. Facilities of individualization of studies are modern technologies, especially interactive, individual tasks, innovative forms of studies, techniques, etc.
