Zinko A. The effect of opioid on the structure of telencephalon white substance in the experiment.

The study was carried out on 92 mature white male rats. A set of morphological methods of study was used in this scientific work. The dissertation presents theoretical generalization and a new solution of the task to establish peculiarities of blood supply of the telencephalon white substance under normal conditions and under an administration of an opioid in the experiment. The obtained data regarding peculiarities of angioarchitecture of the corpus callosum and radiate crown of the white rat facilitate formation of the new concepts of morphology of telencephalon of the white rats. Results of the micro- and ultrastructural study of the corpus callosum and radiate crown of telencephalon during 6 weeks of injecting the opioid allow us to determine specific stages of pathogenesis of microangiopathy caused by nalbuphine administration. Practical value of the obtained results lies in the establishment of the morphological basis for understanding pathogenesis and further searches for the optimal methods of treatment of neurological diseases of patients who have to use opioids for the longer periods of time.
