The dissertation is devoted to the socio-philosophical study of ideological opposition as an integral part of the functioning of modern society. The content and logic of the process of world-view opposition, which is caused by the incompatibility of answers to the main questions of human existence, incompatibility of views, values, ideals, interests, programs of creation of life in different ideological complexes is determined. The object of research is a world-view opposition as a social phenomenon. The subject of research - socio-philosophical dimensions of ideological confrontation in the modern world.
