Thesis for Pedagogical Sciences Candidate Degree in Speciality 13.00.04 – Theory and Methods of Professional Education. – Oleksandr Dovzhenko Hlukhiv national pedagogical university, Hlukhiv, 2018. The dissertation deals with the problem of forming self-educational competence of future technical schools teachers of practical training. The state of researching the problem has been analyzed, the essence of self-educational competence of future technical schools teachers of practical training was specified, its structure was outlined. The pedagogical conditions of forming self-educational competence of future technical schools teachers of practical training were revealed. The structural-functional model and methodics of forming self-educational competence of future technical schools teachers of practical training at higher educational establishments were worked out. The criteria, indicators and levels of defined phenomenon were determined. The effectiveness of pedagogical conditions of forming self-educational competence of future technical schools teachers of practical training have been experimentally tested, and appropriate methodological recommendations have been developed.
