Davidich N. Models and methods of quality management planning in urban passenger transport projects

The thesis is devoted to the development of models and methods of quality management planning in urban passenger transport projects. The method of quality assessment in urban passenger transport projects has been developed which enables to assess the quality of passenger transport services and to determine the feasibility of developing urban passenger transport project. The models of quantity changes, capacity of buses for work on the route as well as average length of the run are developed. Its use makes it possible to plan quality in urban passenger transport projects in case of its maximum efficiency. It is developed the method of quality management planning in urban passenger transport projects the use of which enables to evaluate the influence of technological parameters on the quality of transport services of passengers and to determine the rational parameters of the project.
