The dissertation is a theoretical and experimental study of the problem of forming the teachers’ professional mobility on the basis of the acmeological approach in the system of methodical work of general educational institutions. It is determined the essence of teachers’ professional mobility and the content of its structural components. It is revealed the potential opportunities of the acmeological approach for forming the teachers’ professional mobility in methodical work. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of teachers' professional mobility on the basis of the acmeological approach in the system of methodical work of general educational institutions are theoretically substantiated and the efficiency of these conditions has been experimentally verified. The implementation of these conditions has positively influenced the level of teachers' professional mobility. It is specified the criteria and indicators of teachers' professional mobility.
