Krevska O. Motivational factors of professional self-efficacy of personality

The motivational determination of the person'sself-efficacy in the framework of its political realization is substantiated in the dissertation. The categorical-conceptual content of the phenomenon of self-efficacy is specified and the theoretical model of the motivation determination of professional self-efficacy in the field of political realization of personality is developed. The scientific ideas about the content of internal and external standards of motivation of professional self-efficacy of personality and the personal and effective component of professional self-efficacy of personality as a form of realization of their own abilities and competencies and corresponding modeling of external behavior that meets the requirements of professional requirements are in-depth. According to the results of the empirical research, the psychological content of the motivational factors of professional self-efficacy was determined and the complex of their constructive-harmonious, internal-competence and external-regulated features was verified and the motivational factors of the constructive and compensatory constructive profiles of personality within the limits of its political realization were identified.
