Konoshevych L. The theoretical substantiation of the technology of “Propolis” eye drops

The thesis is dedicated to theoretical scientific grounding and development of the technology eye drops based on standardized propolis biologically active substance. On the basis of the conducted research complex experimentally proved the composition and improved the technology of obtaining the drug in the form of eye drops on the basis of a standardized propolis water extraction, the effect of filtering materials on the quality indices of developed eye drops was studied, the mode of filtration of the solution was determined and the optimal materials of the filter membranes were selected. The influence of primary packaging on quality indices and stability of developed eye drops "Propolis" during the storage period – 2 years at a temperature of 25±2 С in glass bottles and plastic bottles with lid-dropper. The methods of identification and quantitative analysis of the active components of the proposed preparation, which are included in the project QCM eye drops "Propolis".
