The thesis is devoted to study of development of future civil aviation pilots` professional coordination in the process of ground practical training. Theoretical generalization is realized in the thesis. Scientific task as for development of future civil aviation pilots` professional coordination in the process of ground practical training in aviation higher educational institution is solved. It is found that communicative nature of coordination actualizes psychological and social basis of pilot-in-command professional activity, focuses on relation of internal and external, objective and subjective, individual and team etc. It is emphasized that the study of pilots` activity in air companies and weaknesses of cadets` professional preparation in higher educational institutions actualizes looking for new ways to solve the problems of air transportation accident-free operation, meeting the relevant standards of civil aviation pilots` preparation, Ukrainian airlines competitive recovery, that require successful crew coordination on international airlines. It is determined that professional coordination in civil aviation is profession-related, dynamic form of flight work subjects’ ordering activity. It regulates duties and responsibilities in crew and is expressed in goal-oriented coordination, mutual influence, mutual understanding and cumulative cooperation activity under the conditions of contact with ground services and ATC. It is stated that professional pilots` coordination in aviation features the following: formalized type (speech acts corresponds with strict arranged in advance standardized regulation and are realized in the form of conversation and messaged); subject – agency (is expressed in the form of direct contact between ATC and pilot, pilot and crew members); absence of communicators` eye contact (it stimulates focusing on text and words). The elements of this integrative characteristic are determined by separate peculiarities of pilots` professional coordination and the process of development obtains the specifity that is determined by a variety of circumstances. The process of development can`t be observed objectively and directly. It is difficult to measure the objective level of coordination development due to many objective and subjective factors etc. Key words: professional coordination, future pilot, crew, pedagogical conditions,
