Essay

The study is devoted to the actual problem today - the psychological and legal characterization of violent crimes committed by minors. It is determined that violent crimes committed by minors are violent acts committed by children aged 14 to 18 years in which harm to life and physical health is a direct and final self-sufficient goal, and the punishment for which is provided for in the form of deprivation of liberty on term is not more than ten years. The infliction of serious physical and mental trauma to the victim in the commission of violent crimes testifies to the profound personal deformation of the subject, the formation of a stable attitude towards aggressive behavior and the willingness to inflict damage on people with a lower level of self-control of behavior.
