Essay

The thesis investigates the church-territorial organization and structure of the management of the Kyiv diocese in the conditions of the implementation of the Soviet model of state-church relations. The principles of the Soviet state policy concerning church property within the Kyiv diocese are determined. The position of the Orthodox clergy of the diocese under the conditions of state and church relations and atheistic propaganda is analyzed. The consequences of Soviet state policy for the Kyiv diocese have been clarified.
