Essay

The object of research is the process of teachers' professional improvement on skills in musical schools; the subject of research is pedagogical conditions of the artistic culture formation in students as a factor of teachers' professional skills improvement in musical schools; the purpose of research is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally examine the pedagogical conditions effectiveness of artistic culture formation in students as a factor of teachers' pedagogical skills improvement in musical schools; in order to resolve the formulated assignment, the interrelated complex of theoretical, empirical and statistical methods of pedagogical research were used; for the first time, scientific novelty of the research was revealed in the essence of the artistic culture phenomenon in students as a factor of teachers' professional skills improvement in music school teachers, which general ability is to mobilize musical theoretical knowledge and pedagogical experience for the formulation of pedagogical assignments on the basis of existing educational awareness and issues and their creative implementation in specific artistic and musical activity; the criteria of artistic culture formation in students are determined, among which: self-determination, activity, responsibility; performance indicators and artistic culture formation levels in students are distinguished - "high" (creative); "average" (sufficient); "low" (oriented); scientifically substantiated and experimentally examined the pedagogical conditions: self-affirmation of the personality, personal system of artistic and aesthetic values, the development of creative personality in students of musical school in various types of musical activities for effective improvement of teachers' teaching skills; didactical and dramatized games acquired further development during the musical disciplines teachings, didactic-developing potential of musical and creative projects.
