The scientific-applied task solved in the thesis is development and enhancement of models and mechanisms of management of international projects for the creation of plasma-chemical elements for power plants. The goal of the research is increasing the efficiency of international projects for the creation of plasma-chemical elements for power plants by developing and improving models and mechanisms for managing projects. A process model for the formation of the Project Charter for the creation of plasma-chemical elements for power plants has been developed. The identification of the main risks of project management in accordance with the life cycle phases has been identified, the model of risk management of the international project in the selection of plasma equipment manufacturers is developed. An assessment of the feasibility of the project for the creation of the energy complex of plasma-chemical processing of coal carried out. The value of the profitability index of more than one unit for a promising 3.9 MW combined-cycle plant with plasma-chemical gasification of coal is expected with a probability of 76%.Practical recommendations on increasing the effectiveness of a number of international projects for the creation of plasma-chemical elements for energy complexes have been developed.
