Kokariev A. Formation of piglets’ innate immunity in the early postnatal period of ontogenesis and its correction

The thesis deals with research of piglets’ innate immunity forma tion process in the early postnatal period of ontogenesis and its correction by drug «Imunolak».The features of dynamics of morphological and biochemical blood indices and parameters of cell-mediated and humoral immunity of sows in the second half of fertility and piglets in the early postnatal ontogenesis were determined. The modulation of immunobiological parameters of sows’ colostrum during first 36 hours of lactogenesis under its correction was established. Based on conducted research and obtaineddata it is determined that intramuscular administration of the drug «Imunolak»to the sows in a dose of 0.05mg of active ingredient per kg of animal’s body weight three times at intervals of 15 days starting from the 60thday of fertility contributes to the increase of piglets’ body weight after birth, preservation during the suckling period and increase their average daily gain
