The work is devoted to the identification of socio-geographical features of the infrastructure component of the urbogeosystem based on spatial GIS analysis (on the example of the city of Kharkіv). The scientific and methodological foundations of socio-geographical research of the infrastructure component of the urbogeosystem of the city are disclosed, including the conceptual and terminological research apparatus, in particular the term " urbogeosystem" is clarified, and the notion "anthropogenic infrastructure" is substantiated. The essence, structure and attributes of the urbogeosystem, the role of anthropogenic infrastructure in it, the methods and methods of research are revealed. The methodological bases of database construction and analysis of infrastructure provision for the territory and population of the urbogeosystem are disclosed. The advantages of using an automated approach for collecting primary information from electronic directories of 2GIS and Google Earth are grounded. The stages of construction of the geodatabase in the ArcGIS environment are considered. The infrastructure component of the city of Kharkiv, the composition and the degree of development, the classification of the anthropogenic infrastructure is presented. The principle of analysis of infrastructure security based on the requirements of the State Building Regulations of Ukraine on the permissible distances from infrastructure facilities to the places of residence of the population is considered. Spatial GIS analysis of the distribution of objects of the anthropogenic infrastructure of the city territory and separate construction was carried out. The provision of population with objects of anthropogenic infrastructure has been analyzed. The results of the spatial GIS analysis of the infrastructure component of the urbogeosystem of the city of Kharkіv are presented. The key trends in the development of the infrastructure component, the density of the distribution of infrastructure facilities are determined. On the basis of spatial modeling, the Kharkiv urbogeosystem was typified according to the level of infrastructure provision, with the allocation of almost 860 separate sections of the city. The estimation of the attractiveness of the territory for various categories of the population is given (using data from a social survey to determine the proximity of objects of various categories of anthropogenic infrastructure with more than 1150 respondents): citizens, families with children, people who are engaged in sports, animal owners, car owners, elderly people. The necessity of new infrastructural objects is grounded. The problems of the territorial distribution of infrastructure objects of the Kharkіv urbogeosystem, the ways to solve them, recommendations for optimizing the municipal planning of the city of Kharkіv and the creation of a web-service for assessing the attractiveness of the territory from the point of view of infrastructure provision are given.
