Essay

Object – organization of teaching staff interaction with parents in a comprehensive educational institution; aim – to theoretically substantiate the technology of organization of teaching staff interaction with parents in a comprehensive educational institution and to carry out its stage-based implementation ; methods – theoretical, empirical, of mathematical statistics; novelty – the dissertation is the first to suggest and substantiate the technology of organization of teaching staff interaction with parents in a comprehensive educational institution and to determine the stages of its implementation; the pedagogical conditions for technology effective implementation are determined; the definitions of the terms “interaction”, “pedagogical interaction”, “organization of teaching staff interaction with parents in a comprehensive educational institution” are specified; the criteria, indices and levels of parents’ pedagogical culture are analysed; the ideas on the modernization of the techniques, forms and methods of teaching staff interaction with parents in a comprehensive educational institution are analysed; results – the theoretically substantiated technology of organization of teaching staff interaction with parents in a comprehensive educational institution has been experimentally checked at the determined stages and the obtained results have proved that it facilitates parents’ pedagogical culture forming and contributes to raising the efficiency of the teaching process in a comprehensive educational institution. The materials of the research will be useful to those engaged in training teachers in higher education institutions in the aspect of lecture and seminar content modernization on Pedagogy, teaching practice organization, for writing course and master degree papers, for developing curriculum, teaching programmes, textbooks and teaching manuals, in the system of postdiploma professional development of teachers ; field – pedagogy.
