Koshulian S. The stakeholder managing of construction projects in order to optimize the special resources delivery

Dissertation for obtaining the scientific degree of the technical sciences candidate (doctor of philosophy) in specialty 05.13.22 "Project and program management". – Odessa National Polytechnic University of the Ukraine Ministry of Education and Science, Odessa, 2018. The dissertation is devoted to the creation and implementation of an effective support system for the adoption of optimal design solutions in the process of projects and programs proactive management in the construction industry, in which there is a conflict of interest between the various stakeholders. The problems of management of the stakeholders of the construction projects in the presence of special resources supply in the operations are analyzed. The principles of planning the processes of management of stakeholders or uninterested parties in the construction projects are developed. The methods of uncertainties compensation in the processes of the stakeholders of construction projects management are developed. A decision support system "SOLINTR" has been developed in construction management. The practical tests of the "SOLINTR" system have a positive technical effect.
