Essay

In this scientific work we have carried out the analysis of scientific sources on the basis of which highlighted several areas of scientific development of this problem: a study of trends in the reformation of modern higher pedagogical education of Poland; research of organizational-substantial aspects of professional training of future teachers in modern higher educational institutions of Poland; the comparative study of the development of higher pedagogical education in Poland and Ukraine in stipulated period; the works devoted to studying of innovative processes in modern pedagogical education. It is established that the concept of «innovation», «innovative activity» and «innovative process» are close in meaning but not identical. The first concept emphasizes not so much the creation and dissemination of innovations, but how the resulting changes in ways of working and thinking styles that is the result of innovative activities and innovation processes; the second involves changes in the forms, methods, means of implementation of certain activities, i.e. the instrumentation of the innovation process; and the third is associated with the system transition to a qualitatively different state and covers innovation activities, as a tool of implementation and innovation as the end of the result. It is justified socio-political, socio-economic and cultural conditions of systemic transformation of the higher pedagogical education in Poland in the late XX – early XXI century: the release of Poland from the Warsaw Pact and accession to NATO; among socio-economic: changes in the economy and labor market; the activities of professional unions of educational workers; among culture: a system of moral values formed under the influence of the Catholic Church and the ideological state structures; european integration trends of decentralizing the management and socialization of education. It is determined the basic idea of modernization of higher pedagogical education of Poland (the Europeanization of the content of education, multiculturalism, internationalization, interdisciplinarity, flexibility, ICT organization, establishing a closer link between the content of pedagogical and school education, etc.). The study defined the priority directions of innovative changes in the content of preparation and professional development of teachers (achieving higher learning outcomes; the development of extracurricular activities; the interaction with a wide range of social partners; the growing professionalization of the activities of teachers and individual responsibility for their professional development). It is defined the prospects for the positive use of the Polish experience of professional training of future teachers in the conditions of innovative processes development in Ukraine: Europeanization of teacher education through the introduction of European educational standards in the content of higher pedagogical education; the decentralization of the management of the system of pedagogical education, autonomy of higher educational institutions; the improvement of multi-level training of pedagogical personnel in higher educational institutions through the regulation of normative-legal base; the increase in curriculum hours for teaching vocational practical training; the enhancing role of practical training in the system of teacher training; giving priority of independent work of students, their involvement in the research work; providing each student the rights and the real possibilities of choice of an individual educational trajectory taking into account its own interests, abilities, aspirations and needs.
