Essay

The object of the study is the process of professional training of the future primary school teacher at the pedagogical college; the subject of the research is the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the methodical competence of the future primary school teacher in the process of studying natural disciplines; the purpose of the study is the theoretical justification and experimental verification of the effectiveness of the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the methodical competence of the future primary school teacher in the process of studying natural disciplines at a pedagogical college; methods - theoretical methods, i.e. the method of comparative analysis which has been used to compare the approaches available in the scientific literature to determine the essence, structure and peculiarities of the formation of the methodical competence; the method of system-structural synthesis and analysis which has allowed to substantiate the essence and the structure of the methodical competence, criteria, levels, indicators of the formation of the methodical competence, the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the methodical competence of the future teacher in the process of studying natural disciplines; - methods of empirical research, i.e. testing, interview, questionnaire, survey, observation, modeling (to create a model of the formation of the methodical competence of the future primary school teacher in the process of studying natural disciplines, to check the effectiveness during its introduction into professional training at pedagogical colleges), pedagogical experiment (to determine the results of the experimental studies on the ascertaining and forming stages); - mathematical and statistical methods which are used to process the received results in order to obtain quantitative and qualitative research performance characteristics; the scientific novelty value of the obtained research results is that for the first time on the basis of the analysis of the scientific literature the content and structure of the "methodical competence of the future primary school teacher" have been determined, which we consider as a component of the teacher's professional competence and define as an integrated characteristic of the personality, the basis of which is the methodical training, methodical experience, personal qualities; the criteria, levels, indicators of the formation of this personal complex have been singled out.
