The object of research is the professional training process of future enginnering specialists; the subject of research is the set of pedagocical conditions concerning the training formation of future engineers for their professional career; the objective of research - is to separate, prove theoretically and conduct an experimental test of the pedagogical conditions in accordance with the tasks of future engineers' training for their professional development. These pedagogical conditions boost the effective training of future engineers for their professional career; the methods of research: theoretical methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison and generalization of the scientific literature, construction of a theoretical model, deduction, induction, modelling; empirical methods: diagnosis methods, observational methods, praximetric methods, visual-graphical methods, experimental methods; the novelty and theoretical significance of the research deals with the fact that for the first time the definitions of such notions as "career", "professional career of a person in today's world" and "the training of future engineers for their professional career" have been analyzed and clarified; the pedagogical strategies of future engineers' training for their professional career have been separated.
