The object is the legal education of 6-7 years children.The purpose is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions of legal education of 6-7 years children in the interaction of the family and educational institution.Novelty - for the first time the pedagogical conditions of legal education of 6-7 yearschildren in the interaction of an educational institution with the family and the model of legal education of 6-7 yearschildren in the interaction of the family and educational institutions were grounded.The theory and method of legal education of children acquired further development.Results -there are diagnostic and experimental methods,program of legal education "We know about our rights and do not forget about the duties" for 6-7 years children,a complex of forms and methods of working with children on legal education in pre-school and primary education institutions, a seminar for educators and teachers of primary school "Form a child's legal personality in interaction with family", a program of special seminars for parents under the general title "How to raise a child's legitimate behavior"have been developed and experimentally tested.
