The object is the professional training of future specialists of the socionic sphere in the higher education institutions.The purpose - to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions of forming the communicative competence of future specialists of the socionic sphere in the process of professional training in higher education institutions.Novelty - for the first time the pedagogical conditions and a model of formation of communicative competence of future specialists of the socionic sphere are grounded, the essence of the phenomenon "communicative competence of future specialists of the socionic sphere" and its component structure, criteria with corresponding indicators are determined.The method of professional training of future specialists of the socionic sphere was further developed.Results -there are the diagnostic and experimental methods of forming the communicative competence of future specialists of the socionic sphere, special course "Fundamentals of forming communicative competence of future specialists of the socionic sphere" have been developed and experimentally tested.The implementation efficiency is high. The branch is a pedagogical,higher educationinstitutions.
