Essay

The dissertation in complex and comprehensively analyzes agricultural institutions of higher education position in the conditions of Soviet society formation and development. Proved that the Bolsheviks created their own model of higher education (institutes, technical schools), in which the practical training of specialists was the main priority. The study notes that priority in formation process of students' composition was the class approach. According to this approach the preference for admission was given to people of the working-peasant class. During the decade, the number of teaching staff has increased.
