Ocheretna N. Morphological changes of the spleen in the early stages after burning of the skin and under the conditions of infusion by combined hyperosmolar solutions (experimental study)

For the first time, based on the use of modern histological, electron microscopic, stereometric, cytometric and statistical methods, changes in the structural organization of the spleen on the 1, 3 and 7 days after the thermal burn of the skin were determined and the peculiarities of their changes were determined in the conditions of use such infusion solutions as lactoprotein with sorbitol or НАES-LX-5 %. The results of the complex morphological study of the spleen in the early period after burn injury to the skin indicate the development of negative histo- and ultrastructural changes of the destructive-dystrophic nature of the structural components of the rat's spleen, as well as the characteristics of the cell cycle and fragmentation of DNA in the cells of the spleen, which determines the need for medical treatment. Positive changes in the spleen of rats after thermal burning of the skin against the background of the use of infusion solutions of lactoprotein with sorbitol or НАES-LX-5 %, indicate the prospects of their use in case of severe skin burns.
