Boruta N. The structural organization of the red bone marrow of rats in normal condition and at the administration of cryopreserved placenta during acute aseptic inflammation.

The dissertation is devoted to the urgent scientific problem, which is to establish the features of anatomical, histological, lectinohistochemical, morphometric changes of the structural components in the red bone marrow at the administering of the cryopreserved placenta during an acute experimental aseptic inflammation, at the administering of the cryopreserved placenta on the background of an acute experimental aseptic inflammation.Comprehensive morphological study has shown that during an acute aseptic inflammation there are significant changes in the vascular bed of the red bone marrow and in the cells of the erythroblast series. It was established that the use of the cryopreserved placenta in the conditions of experimental aseptic inflammation positively influences the morphofunctional state of the components in the red bone marrow and erythroblastic islets in the dynamics of the study.
