Essay

The thesis work is the first scientific research of a monographic nature, in which, taking into account the current stage of judicial reform, the role of the Supreme Court in ensuring the unity of judicial practice in Ukraine is defined. The division of mechanisms for ensuring the unity of judicial practice by the Supreme Court for primary and secondary is proposed, the legal positions of the Supreme Court are classified. The ways of improving the maintenance of unity of judicial practice are proposed to be divided into two groups: those aimed at establishing and correcting already committed mistakes and those aimed at their prevention.
