Essay

Object - the patterns of embryogenesis and age anatomy of the human’s buccal region structures; aim - is to find out the patterns of spatial-temporal transformations of the topography of the buccal region and the peculiarities of the structure of its parts in the fetal period of prenatal human ontogenesis; methods - are general histological, macroscopy, microscopy, computer 3-D reconstruction, laser polarimetry, biometric, statistical; the results - are for the first time, the peculiarities of the dynamics of spatial-temporal transformations of the buccal region and morphological changes of its structures during the fetal period of human prenatal ontogenesis have been determined, with the help of a set of methods of morphological study, the topographic anatomical borders of buccal region in the fetal period of human ontogenesis have been specified, critical periods of possible occurrence of varieties of buccal region and parotid duct malformations in human fetuses have been identified for the first time, sex and age related and constitutional patterns of buccal region variant anatomy and topography have been established for the first time on the basis of statistical analysis of the anthropometric and morphometric data about buccal region of human fetuses, methods of laser polarimetry have been used for the first time to investigate the phase structure of buccal region tissues in the dynamics of the fetal period of development, and to determine the criteria for normal morphogenesis of the structures of buccal region of human fetuses.
