Usykov O. The industrial development of the Mykolaiv oblast in 1944–1991.

It is the first time when on the principles of national and foreign historiography critical rethinking the degree of the scientific development of the problem has been established and the range of issues requiring further in-depth study is determined; a significant body of documentary materials on overcoming the consequences of the war and the beginning of post-war reconstruction of the industry in the Mykolaiv oblast has been involved in the scientific research and thoroughly analyzed; on the basis of a wide range of sources, specific and final data, the development of the industrial sector of the Mykolaiv oblast in the fourth and fifth five-year plans has been analyzed, indicating the failures, shortcomings and omissions in the genesis of this process.
