Essay

Research object – drainage systems in filters with floating loading. Research aim – development of designs of polymer concrete drainage systems in filters with floating loading. Research methods – the tasks were solved by methods of mathematical modeling of the processes of fluid motion in porous polymer concrete drainage and the process of mud injection with its suspension in raw water. Experimental studies used for verifying the mathematical models. The reliability of the research results was verified by methods of mathematical statistics by comparison with the results of laboratory experiments. Optimization of the design was carried out using the experimental design methodology. Results – the justification of the use of porous polymer concrete drainage distribution systems in filters with floating loading has been done and their designs have been developed; The mathematical model of the work of porous polymer concrete drainage is developed, which includes a description of the flow of fluid with a variable expense along the length of the tray; the resulting model was approximated by an empirical dependence, the reliability of which was checked by comparison with the results of numerical integration, which allowed to obtain engineering methods for calculating porous drainages; the mathematical model of the process of mud injection drainage with contaminated water has been developed. Implemented – in design and production practice at the design institute "Odesakomunproekt" and design company LLC "YUHAKVAPROEKT".
