Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of healthcare saving competence formation for future social educators in the process of professional training. The state of the problem formation of health-saving competence in the theory and practice of training of future social educators is determined: the professional social-pedagogical activity of the social teacher and the question of the relevance of healthcare in this activity are based on the competency approach; the basic concepts of research are specified; the structure of healthcare saving competence of future social educators is revealed (motivational, substantive, practical, reflexive). On the basis of the analysis of scientific researches and the essence of the key concept, criteria and indicators of the formation of health-saving competence of future social educators: the value-motivational criterion (indicators of which are: recognition of the value of their own health in the system of vital values; the desire to realize healthcare-saving competence in their own life and in professional activities); cognitive criterion (manifested through: stable knowledge of healthcare issues; awareness of activities aimed at creating a health-preserving environment in professional activities); activity criterion (indicators of which are skills and habits of organization of a healthy lifestyle and the ability to self-improvement of their own health, skills and skills of social interaction); reflexive criterion (which includes the implementation of the reflection of its own health protective activity; the presence of personal qualities necessary for the implementation of healthcare activities). Characterized by the levels of formation of healthcare-saving competence of future social educators (high, medium, low). The urgency and proved the effectiveness of the implemented social and pedagogical conditions for the formation of the health-saving competence of future social educators in the educational process of higher education institutions: enhancement of the motivation of future social pedagogues for health-saving activity; strengthening the content components healthcare training of future social workers in institutions of higher education; the diversification of forms of health-saving activity of future social educators in extra-curricular work. To monitor the dynamics of the levels for healthcare competence of social educators in accordance with the criteria and indicators to constant level, molding and monitoring stages of the experiment, used specially selected, improved diagnostic tools. The results of experimental work showed positive changes in the increase of the indicators of average and high levels of health-saving competence and lower indicators of low level, indicating the effectiveness of the experimental work. The generalization of the data showed the most positive dynamics in the levels of the formation of health preserving competence of future social educators for cognitive and reflexive criteria. The control section and the quantitative and qualitative interpretation of the results of the experiment proved the effectiveness of the implemented social and pedagogical conditions for the formation of health-saving competence of future social educators in the process of professional training.
