Barchuk O. Development of the composition, technology and methods of standardization of tablets on the basis of phytoextracts of bilberry leaves and goat’s rue herb.

Object– bilberry leaves, goat's rue herb, dry extracts of bilberry leaves and goat's rue herb, taurine, excipients; aim – theoretical and experimental substantiation of the composition and technology of the tablets on the basic of extracts of bilberry leaves and goat's rue herb in combination with taurine in the pharmacoterapi of type 2 diabetes; methods – general scientific, organoleptic, physical and chemical, pharmaco-technological, microbiological, biological, mathematical and statistical; novelty –the pharmaceutical development of a new formulation drug in the form of tablets based on standardized extracts of bilberry leaves and goat's rue herb in combination with taurine in the pharmacoterapi of type 2 diabetes and its complication has been carried out; results – the thechnology of dry phytoextracts has been processed, physical and chemical and pharmaco-technological studies have been carried out, the optimal composition and technology of the tablets on the basic of standardized dry extracts of bilberry leaves and goat's rue herb in combination with taurine have been theoretically substantiated and experimentally proved, the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis for the developed tablets have been worked out, the shelf-life and storage conditions for the tablets have been defined, toxicological and pharmacological properties of the developed tablets have been studied, the approbation of a technology and control techniques for the quality of dry phytoextracts and tablets based on them in combination with taurine in industrial production have been conducted; introduced - into the educational process of higher educational institutions; branch - pharmacy.
