Korkishko A. Pedagogical Conditions for Forming the Professional Image of Future Masters of Pedagogy of Higher School

The object: the process of professional training of future masters of pedagogy of higher school; the purpose: to identify and theoretically substantiate the pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of the process of forming the professional image of future masters of pedagogy of higher school during their studying at the magistracy; methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison and generalization of materials of scientific sources, designing, modeling, questioning, interviewing, testing, conversation, observation, pedagogical experiment, quantitative and qualitative analysis, methods of mathematical statistics; novelty: for the first time, the pedagogical conditions for forming the professional image of the future masters of pedagogy of higher school have been determined –providing the incentive of the future masters of pedagogy of higher school to form their professional image through filling the content of learning with special image-oriented knowledge; diversifying the process of professional training of future masters of PHS with the interactive forms and methods of teaching-upbringing activities; activating the valuable, cognitive and behavioural components of the lecturers’ activities as to form the professional image of the future masters of pedagogy of higher school; the concept-categorical apparatus is specified, in particular: the categories “image”, “professional image”; the essence, structure and content of the category “professional image of future masters of pedagogy of higher school”; the theoretical positions regarding the components, criteria, indicators and levels of forming the professional image of future masters of pedagogy of higher school; the forms and methods of teaching and extra-curricular activities at the institution of higher education in the context of the tasks of forming the professional image of future masters of pedagogy of higher school are improved; theory and methods of forming the professional image of future masters of pedagogy of higher school have been further developed.
