The research goals which is in the development and experimental test of the model of monitoring the quality of professional training of the future bachelors of Philology in the process of studying vocational subjects is implemented in the dissertation. The state of the problem under investigation is analysed in the domestic and foreign theoretical sources and experience of mass educational practice; pedagogical essence of the basic notions of dissertation in particular «professional competence of the future bachelors of Philology» and «computer monitoring of quality of vocational training of the future bachelors of Philology» is determined. The model of monitoring of the quality of professional training of the future bachelors of Philology in the process of studying vocational subjects is proved in the unity with methodical-contextual, methodical-functional, and criteria-diagnostic blocks and checked in the higher educational establishments. Expertise of monitoring procedures by means of computer testing is developed, it’s efficiency is determined and all necessary recommendations are given to the participants of the process. For the first time the proprietary model of monitoring of quality of professional training of the future bachelors of Philology in the process of studying vocational subjects as structural-technological scheme in the unity with methodical-contextual, methodical-functional, and criteria-diagnostic blocks is developed, contextual background of which is the complex of diagnostic procedures, which includes automated scientific assessment of dynamic of the development of necessary quality characteristics of bachelors’ education which are determined in the line with competence-scientific paradigm. The complex of didactic indexes of the future bachelors’ of Philology readiness to professional engagement are proved, it should be stated that they have operational qualimetric character and reflect the overall picture of the successfulness of pedagogical process development, quality of teaching activity and students’ learning activity. The pedagogical essence of the key notions of dissertation is determined in particular «professional competence of the future bachelors of Philology» which should be understanded as personal-professional structure of qualities, special state of readiness to professional activity which reflects knowledge, skills and experience of productive activity in the process of implementation of methods of professional interaction and implementation of job assignments, managerial and functional specifications; «computer monitoring of quality of vocational training of the future bachelors of Philology» which should be comprehended as automatically-controlled measurement process of the state of maturity of professional competence components and levels by the future specialists; it provides network feedback between tutor and student for receiving intermediate summary data of the particular subject, which is realized by control of students’ achievements, it’s characteristic feature is accurate fixation of gained results.
