Samborska N. Formation of social-communicative competence of future specialists with specialization in «Nursing» in the process of studying humanitarian disciplines

The thesis is a theoretical and experimental research of the problem of formation of social-communicative competence of future specialists with specialization in «Nursing» in the process of studying humanitarian disciplines. The state оf the study of the problem in the theory and methodology of vocational education; the domestic experience of humanitarian training of future health care workers in medical colleges (institutes) are analyzed. Particularities of activity and modern requirements to the components of their professional competence are characterized. In the course of investigation, the basic concepts of the research («competence», «social competence», «communicative competence», «social-communicative competence», «humanitarian disciplines») are analyzed. The content structure of the studied competence, criteria, indicators and levels of its formation are determined. The effectiveness of the author's model and pedagogical conditions for the formation of social-communicative competence of future specialists with specialization in «Nursing» and the methodology of its implementation is theoretically substantiated and experimentally verified.
