The purpose of the research: theoretically substantiate and empirically explore the structure, functions, psychological determinants of the potential of self-realization of personality and the specifics of its manifestations. Methods of research. In order to solve the research tasks, the following methods were used in the work: theoretical methods: the analysis of philosophical and methodological and psychological literature, the generalization and systematization of scientific facts, procedures of empirical research, relevant issues of the potential of self-realization of the person; methods of psychological diagnostics and mathematical processing of data. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that for the first time: in the context of the post-classical approach, the potential of self-realization of the personality as an evident multi-dimensional characteristic of the complex poly-essential integrity that is capable of self-transcendence, auto-eco-organization and syzygy at different levels of interconnections and interactions with The Universe, in particular in the organization of their own lives in the changing conditions of innovation research and crisis; The structure of the potential of self-realization of the person, consisting of eight components, which united characteristics of the personality of the formal-dynamic, the content-personal and socially imperative levels (basic existential resources, innovative resources, resources of stability, resources of self-management, resources of self-actualization, resources of psychological maturity , resources of professional self-determination, resources of synergy); The autopoietic hierarchical network model of self-realization of the personality potential, which compositionally combines the resources, reserves and capabilities of the individual of different levels into three integral components (synergy resources, self-transcendence resources and auto-eco-organization resources), and two functions of its resourcefulness (the composite function of the syzygy and integrative function of auto-eco-organization); psychological determinants of the growth of the potential of self-realization of the person and its components are investigated: resources of auto-eco-organization, self-transcendence and synergy; Three types of attractor regimes (stationary S-mode, in which there are not all personal resources, except stability resources, two non-stationary modes (LS-mode and HS-mode), when the development and complication of the system organization of the personality is carried out) the potential of self-realization of the person and "slip mode "of the target and cyclic determinants of this process; the constructive role of instability of the individual in stressors as a resource of the growth of the potential of self-realization of the personality was confirmed and the possibility of his "jump" in a certain range of personality sensitivity to the crisis was established; psychological peculiarities of the self-realization potential of the personality differing in the type of attractors regimes, with different levels of sensitivity to the crisis, as well as in those who are prone to innovation research and transfessionalism; prognostic methods for assessing the individual's ability to auto-eco-organization and syzygium at different levels of innovation-research collaboration with the Universe, in particular, in organizing their own life in general and readiness for self-realization of the person of the transfessional; Theoretical positions on the potential, resources, reserves and psychological determinants of self-realization of the individual, self-organization, composition, functions, mechanisms, synergistic effects, organized disintegration, crisis, syzygium, self-harmonization, autopoiesis, auto-eco-organization, self-transcendence, transfessionalism have been further developed. The practical significance of the results obtained is the choice, theoretical substantiation and approbation of the psychodiagnostic complex aimed at the study of the structure and functions of the potential of self-realization of the individual, the assessment of the level and ability of man to auto-eco-organization and self-harmonization in the changing conditions of innovation research and crisis, forecasting it readiness for transfessionalism.
