Hennadiivna T. Models and methods of portfolio management of environmental standards projects at the Motor Transport Enterprise

The processes of managing the portfolio of projects, that provide environmental norms on the MTP, are considered as an object of the study; the purpose of the study is to provide the environmental norms during the projects implementation through the application of new and improvement of existing models and methods for managing the portfolio of environmental protection projects; research methods – the method of qualimetry, the method of structural analysis, the method of structural modeling, the method of expert evaluation; results - computer technology that helps an expert to determine the priority of project implementation to ensure environmental standards; the study novelty - for the first time a system model of the ecological system of the MTP was developed, which, unlike existing ones, provides a decomposition of a complicated, poorly structured process of providing environmental norms, which allows to ensure the implementation of environmental requirements for the MTP using portfolio management methods; the method for managing the portfolio of environmental norms projects has been improved due to the application of a three-level management representation and the matrices of fuzzy correspondences usage, which allows to ensure the validity of managerial decisions when performing a portfolio of projects; the structural models of the MTP environmental system have been further developed due to the MTP ecological system formal description, which allows the formation of a portfolio of environmental standards projects; the degree of implementation – theoretical results of thesis work was confirmed by their effective application at the MTE 16355, at the "Transport Company "NVS Ukraine" and in the educational process of Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University; field of application – management of transport enterprises projects.
