Essay

The study analyzes the national, social and educational structure of the organizations of Jews, Poles, Germans and Czechs in the Right Bank on the eve of the Ukrainian Revolution. The social life of ethnic minorities of the region is characterized, the role of influence of revolutionary events on their economic situation is revealed. It has been proved that the politicization of public life in the processes of interethnic relations, the adoption of the law on national-personal autonomy by Ukrainian Central Rada was positively assessed by ethnic minorities and was actively supported by their national political parties and organizations.The role of national institutions for the education of ethnic minorities, local community-cultural organizations in their cultural development is highlighted. The mechanism of realization of cultural activity of national institutions, circles, theaters, clubs, societies and unions of ethnic minorities of the Right-bank Ukraine is analyzed.
