Berezenskyi R. Models and Methods of Management Projects in Transport Infrastructure of Military Formations and Law Enforcement Bodies

The dissertation is devoted to the research of the issues of improving the quality the management of information projects of motor transport enterprises by developing new model and methods of management of explicit knowledge in such projects. A model for the management of explicit knowledge in the projects of informatization of the transport economy of military formations and law enforcement bodies on the basis of artificial intelligence methods within the information system that takes into account the peculiarities of the functioning of the units, namely the creation of a mechanism for obtaining knowledge of all interested persons in relation to the processes of informatization management. The method for managing explicit knowledge in the projects of informatization of the motor transport of military formations and law-enforcement bodies is improved, which, in contrast to existing ones, uses ontological and production approaches for building a knowledge base and implementation of logical output, which allows managing knowledge in projects at the level of expert systems, but for more advanced basis. The method of choosing informatization projects of motor transport of military formations and law enforcement agencies is also improved, which differs from the well-known application of the provisions of the theory of knowledge management, decisionmaking theory and decision tree method. It provides the opportunity to formalize and automate the task of choosing the method of data processing and decision-making in the project of automation informatization.
