The dissertation is devoted to the research of the issues of increasing the risk management of logistics projects of motor transport units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The logistic model of logistics projects for motor transport units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with a knowledge-based approach in combination with others has been improved. The method of risk assessment of logistic information systems projects of motor transport units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been improved. This method differs from the known application of hierarchical fuzzy logic output, which allows you to quantify, reduce the time to evaluate the risks of projects and improve the quality of the decisions that are made. For the first time, a model was developed for assessing the risks of logistics projects for motor vehicle units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the use of fuzzy logic output, in which the risk is quantified in the form of a nonlinear object with a plurality of input variables and one output variable. The method of risk management of logistics projects of the motor transport units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been improved. In this method, unlike the existing risk assessment, a fuzzy logical conclusion is used, which makes it possible: using qualitative indicators of project risks; use of knowledge of experts (experts) in motor transport and automobile economy, project management.
