According to the results of the study, for the first time, regional boundaries of confidence inter-vals and percentile scope of morphometric sonographic indices of the spleen and splenic vein (length, thickness, height of the spleen, area of its longitudinal and transverse sections, index of acoustic density of spleen tissue and the diameter of splenic vein) were established and signs of sexual dimorphism ac-cording to these indices were estimated in practically healthy 90 men (aged from 22 to 35 years old) and 147 women (aged from 21 to 35 years old) of the first mature age inhabitants of Podillya region. For the first time evaluated and estimated relationships between morphometrical sonographic parameters of the spleen and splenic vein and anthropometric and somatotypologic indices in general and different soma-totype groups people of the first mature age, regression models allowed to develop individual so-nographic spleen sizes, typical for healthy men and women of this age group. A computer program for the application of the results of modeling in the practical work of doctors, where after the introduction of anthropometric and somatopological data, automatically calculate individual sonographic linear sizes and spleen volume, appropriate for a healthy person of the first mature age.
