Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the establishment of peculiarities of the rearrangment of vessels and cerebral cortex of rats in the in experimental occlusion of the aorto-iliac segment and its recanalization, as well as in the application of correction of reperfusion changes. In the dynamics of adaptive-compensatory processes, the following types of reactions are distinguished: the alterative - up to the 3rd day of observation with the development of the hydropic dystrophy of neurons against the background of vasodilatation of vessels of medium diameter with simultaneous vasoconstriction of small arteries; adaptive-compensatory - 3-7 days of the experiment with stabilization of the morphofunctional state of the hemomycrocirculatory bed and cytoarchitectonics of the cerebral cortex and recovery - from the 14th to the 28th day of observation with the backward development of alterative changes. Rehabilitation of the abdominal aorta on the first stages is accompanied by a deepening of changes in the vessels and brain cells. Application of Actovegin allows to reduce the degree of severity of reperfusion changes in the recovery period.
