Komar L. Scientific substantiation of the circulation of combined medicines based on pharmaceutical law

For the first time is presented the solution of a specific scientific problem, which is essential for forensic pharmacy and is based on scientific substantiation of circulation order of combined medicines with controlled active pharmaceutical ingredients by analyzing international experience, generalization of forensic and pharmaceutical practice, questionnaire survey of specialists and consumers, research of organizational, legal, pharmacoeconomic, marketing and forensic indicators of the availability of combined medicines with codeine, dextropropoxyphene, phenobarbital, phenylpropanolamine (FPA), ephedrine, pseudoephedrin for the population of Ukraine and their clinical and pharmacological, classification and legal, nomenclature and legal delineation based on pharmaceutical law. The conducted dissertation research allowed to formulate a number of conclusions, suggestions and recommendations aimed at improving of circulation of combined medicines, which consists of narcotic, psychotropic controlled active pharmaceutical ingredients and precursors; raising the level of legal, physical, informational and economic availability of combined medicines for patients; improvement of the regulatory framework and the terminology-based management of the circulation of combined medicines with controlled active pharmaceutical ingredients based on the developed normative practice.
